Refund policy
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to report any issues and request a replacement or refund.
No Physical Return Required
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require customers to physically return items. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, simply contact us with photo or video evidence within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, no need to send anything back.
How to Request a Refund/Replacement

- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and inform you whether it's approved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at anasfarooq255@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Change of Mind
Since our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we do not accept replacements or refunds for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refunds
Once your replacement/refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or variant, contact us at anasfarooq255@gmail.com, we'll arrange a replacement based on availability.
