Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000
- Orders below Rs. 2000 will incur a standard shipping fee (displayed at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at anasfarooq255@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate the matter with our shipping partner.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Broad Bazaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.
